Day 1
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred to your lodge in Arusha. Settle in, relax, and enjoy dinner as you prepare for your upcoming safari adventure. Overnight in Arusha.
Day 2
After breakfast, embark on a full-day tour of Arusha National Park, a gem of Tanzania’s northern circuit. The park offers a unique mix of landscapes, from lush rainforests to open savannah and Momella Lakes. Spot giraffes, buffaloes, and flamingos, and enjoy a guided canoe or walking safari for a closer look at the wildlife. Return to your lodge in Arusha for dinner and overnight.
Day 3
After an early breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park, renowned for its vast elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and vibrant wildlife. Spend the day on game drives, spotting zebras, lions, and leopards. Enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by the park's stunning scenery. In the evening, transfer to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 4
After breakfast, travel to Lake Manyara National Park, known for its tree-climbing lions and breathtaking views of the Great Rift Valley. The park is home to diverse wildlife, including baboons, elephants, and flamingos along the lakeshore. Enjoy a scenic game drive before retiring to your lodge for a relaxing evening and overnight stay.
Day 5
Depart early for Serengeti National Park, passing through the Ngorongoro Highlands en route. Arrive in the central Serengeti and begin exploring this iconic wilderness with an afternoon game drive. Witness the endless plains and abundant wildlife, including lions, cheetahs, and the Great Migration (seasonal). Overnight at a lodge or luxury tented camp in the Serengeti.
Day 6
Spend a full day in Serengeti National Park, focusing on the western or eastern regions, depending on the season and wildlife activity. The park is a haven for predators and herbivores alike, offering unforgettable game-viewing opportunities. Enjoy a bush picnic lunch and continue exploring until evening. Overnight in Serengeti.
Day 7
Dedicate another day to discovering the central Serengeti. Take in the stunning landscapes and observe the dynamic interactions of the park's wildlife. Your experienced guide will ensure you have the best chances of encountering the Big Five and other incredible species. Dinner and overnight at your lodge or camp.
Day 8
After breakfast, journey to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive. Marvel at the incredible density of wildlife, from black rhinos to wildebeests and flamingos. Enjoy a romantic picnic lunch in this UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the late afternoon, ascend the crater and transfer to your nearby lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 9
After breakfast, begin your journey back to Arusha. Spend the afternoon at leisure, with optional visits to local markets or cultural sites. Transfer to your lodge for dinner and overnight, preparing for your departure the next day.
Day 10
After breakfast, transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight home. Bid farewell to Tanzania, taking with you unforgettable memories of your Mrembo Safari.
